Kirsty graduated from the University of Johannesburg with an LLB in 2014, she then graduated the following year from the University of Cape Town with an LLM specialising in dispute resolution.

Kirsty started her articles of clerkship in 2016 at a Cape Town based Law firm and was admitted as an attorney in February 2018. Kirsty continued with the same firm as a junior associate in the Conveyancing and Estates departments and was admitted as a Conveyancer in September 2019.

In April 2020, Kirsty founded Günther Attorneys and partnered with Nevashni Moodley to found Günther Moodley Attorneys in April 2023.

Nevashni graduated from the University of the Western Cape with an LLB in 2012, and then completed the full time law school programme through LEAD in 2012.

Nevashni completed her articles of Clerkship at a Cape Town based law firm in 2014 and continued with the same firm to become an associate and senior associate in their litigation department.

In 2018, Nevashni joined another Cape Town based law firm as a senior associate and in 2019 became a partner in their litigation department.

In April 2023, Nevashni, together with Kirsty, founded Günther Moodley Attorneys.
